Mindful Movement with Beth
Beth Crandall is a joyful, lifelong mover and Broadway dancer turned choreographer and dance educator. After years of finding solace through yoga as a student, she completed her 200 Hour YTT with Awakened Spirit Yoga. She recently completed her 40 Hour Restorative and Yin certification with Scott Davis. She is passionate about holistic, mindful movement and seeks to help others nurture self-love through a balance of physical postures, meditation and breath-work. She enjoys guiding all levels, finding smooth transitions in more challenging sequences, being upside-down, and fully letting go in restorative postures. Although she is an 18 year resident of NYC, she revels in spending time outdoors in nature, hiking, brewing kombucha and traveling the world with her fiancé Blakely.
Beth is currently teaching virtually for Inside Out Performance on Wednesdays 11:30-12:30pm EDT.
